Whenever someone in the office hits '0', instead of going to the operator, it goes straight to a "You're call cannot be completed..." recording.

We have 5 lines running to Attendant console, and for now, I resolved by directing Unity route to Line 1 on attendant console, but I need to figure out why this is happening?

Help, anyone?

Sorry, we are using CallManager 4 and UNITY 4

You need a translation pattern or route pattern for this to work. What is the directory number of your attendant console?

Add in a translation pattern 0 with the Called party transform mask being your Attendant Console extension number.

You will need to do this for all your phones partitoins. bear in mind though that if you have not got a dialling plan where users need to dial 9 for outside line this could cause you problems

Hope this is of help

There is a phantom number "42005" that is technically the Attendant Console.

I will look at the routing. Thank you
