Can you provide more detail on "Can't call"... what are you getting when dialing x4571? fast busy, silence, RNA...etc.

Just by looking at the TNB without knowing anything else - i would say nul key 5 and retest.

I just nuled key 5 , RNA, will not hunt or go to VM .

Is the set OK for outgoing calls?
In LD 20, can you do STAT 000 0 04 06 and IDU 000 0 04 06

Also in LD 80 try using TRAC 0 4571 or 2570 and see if it shows on the screen.

Out going just fine , Stat Idle
IDU the set just fine
TRAC idle 0 0 4 6

Moved it to a difference TN made no difference .

I would take all that programming off the phone and just build key 0 scr xxxx and try it. What happens when you call it? Are you calling from another digital phone or IP phone?

Trace the TN while you're calling it. If it still show idle, then you know it's not hitting that TN/phone. If you actually see the ringing on the trace, but the phone itself is not ringing, see if the call connect when you go off-hook...

(was there) a mailbox built for the DN
is the DN a DID (at least defined in the DN tables, etc).?
