Can't call 844 numbers 1

We've got a Nortel CS1000M, and we can call 800, 877, 866, etc. numbers, but we get errors when we try to dial an 844 number. All toll-free area codes are configured the same: RLI=6. Anybody got any ideas?

Makes no sense at all to me. If you know how to do a trace in LD 80 that would be the next step. Trace a good call and then trace the bad one.

So the good call and the bad call went out not only on the same route but the exact same trunk. I'm not sure how this cant be a carrier issue
