Can't browse share files/folders from windows 98

I have 2 XP Pro clients and some Win 98 clients on my win2000 network. The problem is all my win98 clients can't access the share file/folders on my XP client. I can see the XP computers from Entire Network on win98 but when i click on that computer a message "Access Denied" appear.
But my Xp clients can access all the share file/folders on all network clients ( Xp to win98 or Xp to Xp).
What's wrong with my XP clients??

You have to give full rights to eveyone on the shared XP folders.
