Can't boot up RHEL 4.0 after installation completed thru Network (PXE)

Installation RHEL 4.0 completed thru network and reboot automatically.And boot up screen shown :
TFTP Prefix
Trying to load : PXElinux.cfg/mac address
Trying to load : PXElinux.cfg/A16xxxxx
Booting from local disk
PXE-MOF:Exiting Intel boot Agent.
The booting status just stopped there.
Any suggestion to solve this problem???

Thanks.The problem solved.something wrong with grub bootloader.
