Can't apply Exch2k-SP3 on SBS2k 1

Trying to apply SP3 for exchange on an SBS2000 server and when you select the dropdown to say update the server it gives you a message "Multiple components cannot be assigned the requested action(s) because: - You can use this edition of Microsoft Exchange 2000 Service Pack Update to update existing version of Echange 2000 only"

Other than that we never get the "Next" button to become available.

What's going on?

You may need to install the complete Small Business Server 2000 Service Pack 1a (that includes Exchange SP3).

Thanks for that.

I had looked but MS don't list it on the regular downloads page so I assumed there was no such thing. I needed you to point me back in that direction.
