just do a list station or a list extension-type

Alternatively, try checking where is the number being user...VND, Vector, announcement (li usa ext 1234

No these are for extensions not in service, it does not matter what extension I choose. When I go to add a station, if it is in use it tells me right away. The problem is it lets me into the add station screens and when I try to enter the translations I get the error. This is an old G3V3 that I have been admisitering for 12 years. Almost like some database has been corrupted.

looks like at least extension 286 is corrupted. When I do a list ext, it starts at 200, and stops at 286 and gives me the error identifier already in use; If I try list ext 286 it shows me the extension and gives me the error right away. If I list ext 287 count 300 it seems to give me the rest of them. I guess I should remove 286 and hope I can get it back. If I list ext 286 get "error encountered, can't complete request". If list sta 286 get "Identifier previously assigned; please select another

Tried modifying 286, now get error encountered when try to add station 287 "Error encountered, can't complete request" and will not go into set up screens? but same type of error when try to add sta 404 enter translations and then identifier previously assigned;lpease select another when I try to exit.
