Can't add shortcut to Outlook bar in Outlook XP

When a user tries to add a shorcut to the outlook bar in outlook XP they get the message "Unable to add the shortcut icon. Could not complete the operation. One or more parameter values are not valid"

The user is an admin of her box and I've looked on Technet and googled it and I've found nothing. Any help would be great!

I actually did find a solution to this:

Microsoft KB article 259791.

I ran outlook with the /resetoutlookbar switch which fixed it!
