Cant Add or set up products

Hi,

We have started using CRM and are now looking to go to the next level by using the quotation and invoice tools.

However i cant seem to be able to add any products. I have checked my permissions on the server(system administrator / Sales Manager / CEO Business Manager). When on the server and i goto the settings window there is no Products icon which i believe there should be.

Any help most appreciated

You may have Outlook open with the Outlook Client installed. If Outlook is open before you open the Web client, the settings button on the lower navigation pane won't open. However, since you see the the Settings button, it may be that you opened Outlook after opening the web client, in which case some of the buttons/icons won't work.

You may have a different problem, but try this.
