Cant add or delete extension

Hi all.

I have a 3300 on release MiVB 8 which is a member of a cluster.
Recently I cant add or delete an extension. I get the below error:
-> Unable to perform the record update because the maximum number of SDS Shared Data Updates has been reached. Please cleanup with the Shared Data Updates application.
I have no idea what this means and how to resolve.
Please assist.

do you have lots of SDS errors ? if so delete them all
then run gdm repair maintenance command

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....
