CAN'T ADD DOCUMENT

Hi. I can't add a document because the window, for entering document's type, still pending and don't want close.

Somebody has an explanation ?

I'm using Windows Explorer Pro.

Can we get some more information?

Are you using LL Explr Pro from within Word or Excel, or are you dragging and dropping into Livelink using Explorer or have you selected to add a new document while 'right-clicking' from within LL Explr Pro? More details please...

In reply to NethaZile, i'm using Livelink from within Internet Explorer on the local lan. I'm not dragging document from Word or Excel.

I want manually add a document within Livelink application.
I'm not using Explorer tool for dragging documents directly in depositary.

Are you getting any error message, this is known to occur if you have a lack of disk space on one or more of the disks on the server.
