Hi.

I was trying to add 5 more CALs in my SBS Server, but when i try to do by the "Launchconsole.exe" and "Licences", i select the option "Add Licences", an error window appear.

"Microsoft Internet Explorer, not Specified error"

And that's all.

I have re-installed the Administration tools but the error is the Same, and i will become Crazy cause the installation of the licences is urgent, i have more users working.

Any Idea?
Please Somebody Help me !!!

Thanks WishDiak.

But when i try to add the Licences like you sugested me, it send a dialog box "You must Run the License Wizard".

This License Wizard is in the Program "Launchconsole.exe".
But when i try to start it, the error that i told you appears.

I have been installed a copy of the server in another PC, and it have no problems in that point, if there is no other way to fix the problem, i must to Reinstall all the server.

If you have another Idea, i'll be so Glad whit you.

Thank you anyway.

Hi, I´m Again.

I have resolved the problem.

The SBS Licences must be added with a Wizard located in: "c:\Program Files\Windows Small Business Server\Licensing"
There is a file named "Activation.Exe", this is the Famous Assistant, to add the Licence Code.

I Hope that This Help someone, but for me was a Nightmare.

Thanks For All.

yamcha,

I'm glad you finally figured it out. I'm not as familiar with SBS as with other flavors of Server 2003, so I wasn't aware of this either.

Since others may have this problem in the future, why not take a few minutes of your time and write a FAQ for this forum? That will make the solution easier to find that just having it in this post.
