Can't add anymore Voice Mail Boxes

When I try to add the 20th Voice Mail box to a StarTalk Mini system a message "Can't add more mail boxes" Displays. I know the system supports 24 boxes. Any Ideas on how to free the 5 remaining boxes

Actually, you can only build a total of 23 Mailboxes, due to the fact that the General Delivery Mailbox and the System Manager mailbox are included in its 24 capacity.

You must have some mailboxes built on there that you are not aware of. You will need to identify which mailboxes are not being used by using the Directory.

I would tend to agree with the last post. It may be time to upgrade anyway.
