Can't access to make my payment

Good day. I am hoping someone can shed light on this. I live in Tx (U.S.), however I own a home in Mexico. I pay the utilities for the Mx home online. Today I tried to access =

(To pay my gas bill) and I got the following msg:

"GAS NATURAL SDG, S.A. RESTRICTS ACCESS TO THIS WEBSITE TO PERSONS WHO ARE NOT PRESENT IN THE UNITED STATES OR ANY OTHER JURISDICTION FROM WHICH DISTRIBUTION OF THE INFORMATION CONTAINED THEREIN MAY BE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW."

WE APOLOGISE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE.

What can I do to bypass this B.S.?

Call them, or look into what is called a proxy server (to make it look like you're accessing it from Mexico).
