can't access the Internet when connected to VPN

I need your help guys,

I finally got the VPN working at the office using IPsec.
Remote users can now connect to VPN and access the Medical Database just fine, the only problem is that they can't access the Internet while they are connected to VPN.
I configured the right DNS addresses on the Cisco VPN client tab. Could you please tell me what could be the problem ?
I would appreciate it.
