Help pls,
we have an W2K box (SP2) running exchange 2k - this morning the box was down and once restarted got to the preparing network connections dialog and won't go any further. Tried various safe modes but when logging on was unable to due to netlogon noit running!! ??

Could do with some tips.

boot into safe mode and check your event viewer for any info from the past non-bootup..also...check your dns...make sure its running ok...

Boot to local machine, then My Computer/Manage/Services and Applications/Services/NetLogon. Make sure it's started. Glen A. Johnson

Mine takes ages when preparing network connections, then the netlogon appears. I really mean ages as well, about fifteen minutes.
