I have two Citrix servers in a Farm.

In one I can access all drives including client drives w/o issue. I get a display of..
C$ on 'Client'(C) Network Drive
D$ on 'Client'(D) Network Drive

In the other I cannot access those two drives.
Instead I get a display of..with a Red ?
Local Disk (C) Local Disk
Local Disk (D) Local Disk

We had that access before but had some issues with roaming profiles and other Citrix issues. I do not recall what changes were made to cause this issue but I have researched and researched to get this resolved and keep hitting a wall.

Any suggestions?

Hi, to restrict access these drives I assume you are using windows policies..

Are these policies run on that server where you experience this problem..

cmd ->gpresult.exe could help

What's mean you see "red ?"

Thanks Balag0

But the drive are not restricted on purpose. That is what I am trying to correct. There is no GP that is restricting them either. I confirm this with the exe you mentioned.

The "red ?" means that both the C and D drives (from within a Citrix session) displays the drive (labels them as local not client as a working Citrix session would display) and that a question mark with the color of red covers the drives.

I think it may be something within the registry on that server.

But no one has been able to assist as of yet

Any suggestions?

Hi,

I think you r right, this is something with registry trouble..

Did you try to reinstall citrix? and ts roles?
