OWA worked fine with 5.5. Upgraded to 2003 and it will work from a workstation on the LAN using the internal IP, but not from the outside. Can someone point me to the settings I need to look at? Nothing changed on the ISP side. When I migrated I maintained the same server name and IP address.

Hi :

I have the same problem. did you find a solution ? if so can u please let me know.

thanks in advance

You have to change the IIS settings to give all IP's access.

By default, IIS is using integrated authentication. That won't work through a firewall. You need to set basic authentication.

Hey guys:

thanks for all the input.

However I found out the problem. SBS2003 server uses secured website for OWA and hence port 443 has to be opened up. I opened it and OWA works perfect.

thanks again
