Can't access NAM2

I recently aquired a NAM 2. I installed it on a CICS with 2 digit DN and the VM was set at 3. The NAM boots fine, makes all the bells and whistles but none of the features except F915 work. All it does is revert to date and time in the display. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

You need to verify the software levels of both units to see ifit is compatable or not. If you email me I will email a compatibility chart to you.

I suspect it is a mismatch. The CICS is 6.0 I am unsure of the VM but it is older. I will get an older CICS software to match it up.
