Can't access music manager

Hey all,
I have windows 7 and I can't launch cp manager or music manager from Element manager. I can launch cp manager by going to the system ip address in internet explorer but it seems that is not an option with music manager. Has anyone run into this? Thanks.

Have you installed the latest Elememnt Manager software from the Nortel site. Actually it says Avaya now!.
