Can't access Contacts 1

I have just migrated from 5.5 to Exchange 2000. Everything went pretty smooth. However, when a user tries to access the Contacts list from a new email window, it tells them that it is not accessible, but they can go into the folder and do it from there! Has anyone seen this or have any ideas? I am stumped!

Like on the Address List pull-down?

If so I would remove the Outlook Address book on the profile and add it back. Or just delete the profile and create a new one. Dan
