cant access admin mailbox

Problem is on a complete new install of Mxe III on 6.0

The voicemail is started & I can dial the VM hunt GP & I can access the Operators mailbox.

If I dial 9999 for the admin from the VM Hunt GP I get:
"sorry the system isn't configured to support this feature at this time"

I have set the admin pin in the VM options & makes no difference.
I'm not even getting far enough to enter a pin!

All I am trying to do is change the mailbox digit lengh from 4 to 3

any ideas

Hate to say it but Are you sure?

Toggle it off and then on if so.

From the help file "Enter passodes to allow access to the administrator mailbox functions. All three passcodes must be entered in order to access the mailbox." Have you entered all 3 levels of password?
