cannt save data base on tda 600

When i back up the data file pbx to pc the saved file have no data when i reload it backfrom to the Pbx sd card. At the same time my laptop cant read the extension data it giving error code 3007 cant reed dowloded data may be too large. Help!!!!? in africa its difficult to get certification no one comes here after all.

Hi, to backup and restore the data file to a tda, select utility
file transfer pbx to pc
select the DSSYS or DSYS file and save to pc

to reload to a system
utility
transfer pc to pbx
browse to your saved file and upload
a system message should appear

then to start the system using that data
utility
system reset
reset by the command
skip sd backup
select tick box saying replace with DSYS/DSSYS with DMSYS (sorry but i cant remenber the exact phraseing on the screen)
then restart

As for the error code I'm not 100% sure but I will have a look and let you know.
Also what level of software are you running?

There is no open access to the downloads and dealers can loose access if distributing it. What country code tda600 do you have? It could be that you have the wrong tool or version for your tda.
