Win2k PC with Office2k and other software installed. I've just upgraded outlook to outlook2002. The problem is users cannot set word as the editor as the box is greyed out. I am the administrator on the machine and I am also experiencing the same problem.
Thanks for your enquiry Vassago10,
I looked at a microsoft forum and saw that others were experiencing the same problem as myself with outlook2002. They said that outlook2002 had lots of bugs in it and the best solution was to revert to outlook2000, which I did. I can now again use word as my editor for outlook.
