Cannot use Save As

Whenever I view a document in Acrobat 5 that was created in Acrobat 6, the save as and save buttons are greyed out. Does anyone know why this is? Is there an option in Acrobat 6 that is restricting this?

You need to optomize the pdf in 6.0 for 5.0 and up.

1. Use File > Reduce File Size and choose Acrobat 5.0 compatibility
2. Use Advanced > PDF Optimizer and choose Acrobat 5.0 compatibility

This is (probably, meaning, "wild guess") because PDF 1.5 contains structures that Acrobat 5.x (PDF 1.4) doesn't comprehend.

You have to dumb down the PDF, as Stalin777, outlines.
