Cannot upgrade veritas remote agents from 8.5 to 9 version

Hello,

i cannot upgrade veritas remote agents from 8.5 to 9 version. there is error when i'm installing a newer version, so i cannot backup remote computers.

Try to remove the old remote agent first:

1- UnInstall the Veritas RA
2- Clean the File-System:
- Program Files\Common Files\"Veritas Shared"
- Program Files\"Veritas"
3- Clean the Registry:
- Hkeylocalmachine\Software\"Veritas"
- Hkeylocalmachine\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\"BackupExec...." (If there)

yopu must first uninstall BE Agent 8.5 and then install the new agent
