Cannot Uninstall APC Powerchute from Servers

I need to uninstall my APC Powerchute Business Edition agent and server from two servers running Windows Server 2003. When I click on these items in Add/Remove Programs, it prompts me that other users are currently logged on and do I really want to uninstall. I click Yes and then nothing happens.

Any ideas and/or suggestions? I'm going to also post this on the UPS General Discussions forum.

Run MSCONFIG and disable the APC software from starting. Reboot and try again. if it still will not uninstall you should at this point be able to delete the program folder and go into the registry and remove any entries you find there.

I would then try to Reinstall the software and then try an uninstall again to try and get a clean uninstall.

Thanks. I will try these ideas. I was just really hoping not to have to get into the registry to do this.
