Cannot transfer calls

Hi guys, I am having a problem transfering calls system wide. When we push the transfer button it just flashes over sort of like the flash button on an analog phone and will not actually transfer the calls. Not sure if some settings got messed up. Could you tell me where to start to troubleshoot this? NEAX 2000ips

Retracing my steps I took the number 3 which was assigned somewhere in the numbering plan and turned it into a one digit station. Im not sure what it was set to before but I have a feeling this is where my problem started. Thanks.

Nevermind. User mistake. Got it figured out.
