We recently set up a W2K Small Business Server.
It has a single nic and the firewall is running in integrated mode. We can send and receive mail internally but cannot receive it externally.
We can see the traffic arrive at the router and go through but when it hits the server nothing happens.
Both ports 25 and 3389 are open.
We cannot telnet or remote desktop to this system.
We have tried enabling packet filtering and set up a terminal services rule to no avail. We also have the allow all IP traffic rule set up in ISA as well.
If I try to send an email to a user's account it bounces with the following error message
"The e-mail account does not exist at the organization this message was sent to. Check the e-mail address, or contact the recipient directly to find out the correct address"
This seems to be an ISA problem. We have other similiar systems set up the same way and they work fine.
