Cannot stop active job 3

Hi,
I have a problem. I've setup daily backup job at 11:00PM. The last night, while job running, I've accident and must to restart server. After that, my job status still active. I can't stop or delete job. what should I do?

Have also found that in order to stop an active job that refuses to stop bar a reboot :-

1] Stop all 3 engines
2] Stop all Arcserve services in C Panel
3] Start services
4] Start engines

I have the same problem,my arcserve is 6.61 on NT4.0/sp4,I cannot stop or cancel my "active" job,even i stop engine and service,The job still "active".

Job queue is corrupted ...

Delete the folder 00000001.QSD under the arcserve folder. Then highlight the jobs in the job queue window and delete them manually .

Then recreate all the jobs. DatabaseBaba...
