Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook

The subject line is the message I got after I added some work stations to my domain.

I first thought it was a permissions issue with the drive I'm storing profiles on so I gave full control to the users acsessing their profiles. And then outlook loaded and I was able to set up the users email accounts. BUT one i logged out and back in I got the same error message "Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook"

Any thoughts on how I can resolve this issue?

When I re-image that workstation I will try that. Thank you very much.

Its strange casue I found out that it only happens to this one workstation. Maybe the person who installed office installed in on the local machine instead of being connected to the domain as Admin, Im not sure if that can casue these problems but it might be possible.
