Enable Voice Mail
Default is selected.

If you clear the Enable Voice Mail check box:

Callers cannot leave messages in mailboxes through Call Answering. Callers are returned to the Auto Attendant to make another choice.

The * feature of the Auto Attendant is disabled, preventing callers from leaving messages in mailboxes or listening to information mailboxes.

(You get the prompt "*, that command is not recognized. Please try again)
(If enabled it prompts you, "Please enter the mailbox Number"

Sorry. No issues that I can see.

The * code isn't used to back out of AA. It is used to back out of voicemail.

In the Greeting Table there is only a menu repeat Key that can be assigned. (0 through 9)

In a CCR Tree you can assign a Key to Information could be assigned as (Home, Previous, or Disconnect.) when selected.
(0 through 9)

From AA you can also press * to back out and enter a DN to go straight to a mailbox.

Anyway I restarted the services yestarday and seems to be working ok today.....I probably didnt wait long enough for it to full boot yesterday.

Thanks
