I've created a new form but it's not allowing me to size it. It only gives me the 'close' button even though 'min max buttons' are both enabled. 'Fit to screen' is set to NO as well. This is a brand new form so it should have given me the option to size by default. 'Moveable' is set to NO and doesn't allow me to set to YES for some reason.
