CANNOT SEND TO MINDSPRING OR EARTHLINK

Within the past few months I've upgraded to a newer PIX firewall, Exchange 2003, and Windows Server 2003. I made all of these changes about the same time so I'm not sure what change, if any, caused the problem. However, before I started upgrading my network I was able to send to EarthLink and Mindspring without fail. Now I am consistently getting my messages returned undeliverable with the following message:

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

John Doe on 4/15/2004 8:11 AM
There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server. Please contact your system administrator. <myserver.mydomain.com #5.5.0 smtp;550 relaying to <jdoe@mindspring.com> prohibited by administrator>

I only have trouble sending to EarthLink and Mindspring.

I am not having this problem as of yet, but I would love to know the solution. I just installed an Exchange Server 2003 and we are going to go live with it sometime next week. So I would love to see the solution to this, so if it is an issue with Exchange 2003 I will be prepared. If you can think of it, please post it.

We had to change our reverse DNS records with our ISP. If you ask them about it, they should know why.

Make sure you are not blacklisted.
