Am trying to send a message in HTML, I open a new message and click view|HTML. The button grays out and I can no longer click it and I do not get the HTML toolbar and I cannot compose in HTML. I went to re-install the GW client and did not get any options about HTML. I can send in HTML when on the internet via Yahoo e-mail. I don't think I can receive in HTML either even though I have set all options in GW that I can find to HTML.

Thank You

Start your GW Client click on Tools/Options/Environment/Views then click the buttons for Compose HTML and Read HTML, this should add the HTML Tool Bar.

Have done that, but I don't think it worked. Can anyone tell/show me what the html toolbar looks like?

Thank You

The HTML ToolBar will appear between the Sender/Recipient(s) information section of an e-mail and the message area of the e-mail. Here is a link that will show you what it looks like (scroll all the way to the bottom of the screen).

Thank You. I don't have a toolbar like that (though the example was GW 6.5 and mine is GW 6.0, I don't have anything about inserting pictures, etc. on my toolbar). All workstations in our office have the same problem. Is there something on our GW server that needs setting or something in the GW system that needs setting for HTML to work? (I have set the client default view to html, but when I click on the html button in a new message, it grays out, I can click it no more, but the view is still text)

Thanks Again,
