Cannot selet page zone in MICS 7.1

I have just installed a MICS 7.1, and in capabilities, I cannot select any zone except for 0.
If I enter 1,2 3, they do not appear, any suggestions?

Are any sets in page 1 2 or 3?

What happens if you do a manual F611 and test?

When I do a manual 611 you hear nothing, If I select page zone 0, and page F610 then it works.
I need to have diffent zones, ie sales, marketing, and I cannot select 1,2,3 etc.. within page zone in capabilities for any set.....weird...first time I have seen this, I might do a Start-up as the S/W could be corrupt...

Sounds peculiar. Did you run startup before programming?

Try F631 to page all internal and external zones.

I had one of these. I suspected it was a bogus copy. Another card from same vendor had a trunk programming omission similar to the paging omission. No amount of reinstalls fixed the omissions.

as the pager you will hear nothing. you will only hear the page if a phone near you is in the zone you are trying to page to. double check that the phones near you are set in zone 1, you might have done a copy of a set from another zone and you are just not hitting the zone that the local phones are on.
