cannot see text in print preview

I am trying to print out a word document but wen I try print preview not all text appears.Most of the page is blank.

Any ideas.Attached you can see what I mean.

But other users who have different default model have the same issue.

So... multiple users with differing printers are having this issue. Right?

Is it just this document or all documents?

How does it look when printed?

omg!... I just had another look at your attachment and noticed the ruler.

Try setting your paper size to letter.

Text you saw in print preview mode covers the whole page of the printer paper.

What size of paper are you using in your printer?
What size of paper is listed in Page Setup options of the document?
