Cannot see Smarticons (Notes v4.6)

My SmartIcons are missing.

I tried to show them via File - Tools - Smarticons, but I get the error "cannot execute the specified command" instead of the dialog box...

any ideas?

I think your path to the SmartIcon directory in your notes.ini is not correct.

Edit your notes.ini and look to the line with:
WinNTIconPath=

edit after the key the correct path to your SmartIcon directory (e.g. c:\notes\data\w32
