Cannot see Sever in Blackberry Server Management (3.6)

We have a blackberry server version 3.6

Recently our server has moved to a different active directory OU.

Our users seem to be still getting mail but when I go into BES management i cannot see our server or our users.

All the services are running ok. Can anyone help?

Hi mviltan2, What account did you log on the BES server ?
Did you log in using Besadmin ? The BES server had a separate account to log in , so that is why when you logged on using admin , you won't be able to open the BES console .

i could open the console but it just didn't show the sever. It's ok now i applied a service pack and now it's working, thanks for the help though.

When you applied the service pack, then you kind a reinstalled the BES again this ill bring back the BES server, since you moved to new OU , you lost the whole MAPI . it's good that you got it going again.
