Cannot see public folder in outlook 1

I installed Exchange 2003 and the users can use outlook to send and receive email. However, I cannot see public folder in outlook. Is there a setting that I have to enable so the users can see the public folder in their outlook programs?

Are you using Outlook 2003?

Select 'Folder List' at the bottom of Outlook. I take it your using Outlook 2003?
