Cannot see Folders in Restore

When tring to do a restore with ArcServe 6.61. I select the tape and try to expand the tree and it does'nt show the Folders. Even after doing a Merge. It was working now its not. Any ideas

Check that the job which created the backup has full job logging enabled.

We have this problem sometimes too. What usually works is to exit ARCserve and then start it back up. Then we can expand the folders under the tape we just merged.

Also try bouncing the database engine to refresh the database information.

Thanks for all the helpfull suggestions, The proublem was corrected by running the DBMGR.exe and running the repair and pack. This seemed to clean up the database.
