None of the <system-name>.cfg or <system-name>.bak files show up in the Explorer window when going to the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Avaya\IP Office\Manager" folder.

Going to a Command prompt shows me the same info. If I am in Manager and do a Save As, the Save As Dialog is in the same "C:\Program Files (x86)\Avaya\IP Office\Manager" folder and I can see the Current and BAK files there.
Checking the Permissions of those files shows that Local Administrators and Myself have Full Control over them. Though if I try too append the perms, I get a Cannot Find File. In the Save As Dialog I can Copy them to other folders or the same folder and I see the Copy in the Save As Dialog, though not in Windows Explorer or Command Prompt.

This is from the Command Prompt.
Code:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Avaya\IP Office\Manager>dir *.cfg
Volume in drive C has no label.
 Volume Serial Number is 0085-9299

 Directory of C:\Program Files (x86)\Avaya\IP Office\Manager

My guess is that you have to use compatibility files. Worked for me. Just google compatibility files + (you OS version) and you should find out how to find them.

For me (running windows 10) they are located in C:\Users\[USER]\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\Avaya\IP Office\Manager

Great, Thanks, that is where they are. I'll have to see about how to have that folder not do that. There are a few of us that use it and we have some Automation to Backup the Config files to another server.

Thanks Again,
