Cannot see CALLDETAIL table?

Hi,

We have several Aspect switches, some seem to contain the CALLDETAIL table in ACC.CALLDETAIL, however some dont?

I've tried connecting using TOAD, and through ODBC etc and cannot see the table?

Surely it must be there as its the core table for call data.

I'm using the DTA logon and have checked all the schemas?!
 
The calldetail table does not always get aliased properly to the DTA user account. Though usually you can still query it through Toad and the like, even if you can't see it in the schema browser. Did you try to run a query agaist it, or just look through the schema for it?

For ODBC, try the ADO MS Provider for Oracle.

 
what version are you running on the Aspect? On rel 8 at least, the call detail table isn't in ACC, it's in HACC.
