Anybody seen this odd Virtual Instrument error...

Just curious if anyone has seen this virtual instrument error:

WARNING Virtual Instrument Event Register ID 525 Method vig_del_SA Cause fail 211 CP rip_pmsgh 193

It happens anytime a uniphi agent logs in. We have a support case opened; have not heard anything back as of yet. We are running callcenter 9.0 and uniphi 1.1. Does not affect call handling, just appearing in the logs.

1.this is after login was successful,and it drops subsequently.i suspect cos they are remote,and VPN into the company network,if the ISP that services a user goes down,the voice path times out.my thinking.2.i am sure nobody else is using that instrument.They are static and nailed down connections,one ID to one agent.by config i assume you mean how the virtual instruments are set up.remote agent uses table phone,and since its a nailed up connection,once they sign in,and authentication coccurs,phones are left off hook,for the duration they are signed onto uniphi.they only replace phone reciever once they sign off.For aome funny reason i have not recieved any complaunts in the last 3 weeks,so whatever may have caused issues seems to have disappeared.
