Cannot save PDF

I receive faxes through e-fax as PDF attachments.

I use Adobe Acrobat 5.0.5 to read and manipulate the documents (re-order pages etc.)

On or about 1/18/07 the "Save As" box on the PDF is greyed out.

In order to save the fax I have to print it to Adobe Distiller.

e-fax claims it's an Adobe problem. No response so far from Adobe.

Anyone have an idea what changed? PDF's received prior to Jan 18 are still save-able.

Yes, I am having the same problem with Acrobat 7 on Win XP.
I have a form which has text and check boxes for my job managers to fill out once they get a job. The only change in my Acrobat was an automatic update. Since then they can print the file but can not save it.
I have tried all the preference setting, options, etc.
Can anyone tell me where and what to set so they can save the typed info and save it.
