In my HiCom 350 system, for retrieving the REGEN file, after I make the Vegas and Regen steps, when I click the Start Local File transfer window, I get an error of (connection not accepted).
Is there some parameter that needed to be entered?

Copy the CPTP and FTCSM AMO's from another working same version system.
Delete the CPTP
DEL-CPTP:APPL,1-199;
DEL-CPPT:DPCON:1-199;

REG-CPTP;
Ensure no entries are still there.

Run in the CPTP and FTCSM from the working system.

EXE-UPDAT:A1,ALL;
EXE-UPDAT:BP,ALL;

Then you need to do a soft restart.
In CAPITALS
RESTART;

After the soft restart you should be able to logon
