cannot resolve www.feaureprice.com

hi guys,

http://www.featureprice.com

cannot be resolved inside our company DNS servers. I tried resolving from other ISP and its working OK.

I already rebooted both our DNS server and updating the cache.dns but to no avail. I checked our routers and we don't have any blocking leading to the mentioned site above.

Does anyone have similar experienced.
Please advise.

Thanks for your reply.
This is what I don't understand, some ISP was able to browse their website and some ISP was not.
I already wrote an email to the DNS contact on their domain for inquiry on the problem.

Anyone there, who knows exactly what is the problem here?
