Hi Everybody,

I'm having a problem with my Outlook Web Access. My users can log into OWA and they can read their emails, but when they try to reply or forward, in the window that popups you should see the reply message, instead, a new window opens, with the OWA login screen. I'm getting now errors in the event viewer, and everything else seems normal. Pop blocking is not the problem because the reply popup window does open up (it just goes back to the login screen). Any help in this matter is greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Update: Now instead of getting the login screen in the reply popup, they get a popup window that has the message:

Error.

Failed to open this item.
Your item does not exist in this folder. It may have been deleted.

I'm completely stumped now. Regular Outlook users are having no problems right now accessing their accounts...

I had this problem too. (Users not being able to reply and forward in OWA)

But for me it turned out to be that these users did have a Yahoo or Google toolbar installed in their browser. This toolbar had some "kill popup" feature. Turned that off and now it works perfectly.

But i fear that your problem is wider than mine was.

Thanks Valier! It's definitely not the popup stoppers that they are running. The Reply window pops up and then intead of seeing the reply page, the OWA login page is displayed. I'm stumped. I tried stopping and restarting the Internet Store on the Exchange server but that didn't do anything. Any ideas out there???

I have a customer with the same problem, except he gets an error that says Internet Explorer needs to close, and it shuts down the browser. No firewall in place, tried disableing NAV, tried from another user account, no good. He can send and receive fine, just can't forward or reply. Sure could use some ideas....
