Cannot remove DHCP Server

Hi all,

A DC ( and DHCP and DNS..) server has been removed from the domain but not demoted and removed from the AD.
Now my problem is that I cannot remove the Server name from the authorized DHCP servers list.
Unfortunatly I cannot start the server anymore....
How could I do it, may be with adsiedit ?

You can do it from any DC or with adsiedit.msc.
