I have been trying to delete the CDN. I keep getting error code SCH5351 "cannot remove a CDN when it has default calls in its default ACD-DN." I checked the queue and there are no calls. I deleted all agents. I will INI if I have to as a last resort. So I'm stuck, any help is much appreciated.

I'd print all your ACD Queues and do a text search for the value = the CDN.

Thanks for the response GHTROUT, but there is only one queue using that CDN. I already changed the DFDN (ACDN) on the CDN to a different one and deleted the old DFDN. I thought it could be a AUD 422. The switch thinks there is a call in the queue, but when I logged in as an agent there were no calls. There are currently no agents programmed for the DFDN (ACDN).

didn't you post this once already? Have you checked OVDN? Interflow? An INI isn't the worst thing you can do. If you can't find its connection, I would INI

How do I check the OVDN or Interflow? Yeah I posted this before and did not get many responses so I'm trying again.

actually, you did say you smoked the original queue and agents, so I guess that is out. If you have verified ld 23 call flow, I don't see much of a choice of not ini, and that may or may not clean it up

yeah I did delete the ACD agents and old ACDN. I looked at the OVDN and there is none so thats out too. I'll have to try and INI.
